With JLG•Arcs & Rectangles, you could create circles of various manners as well as arcs. You could draw a circle defined by its centre and by a point of its circumference, draw a circle which passes by 2 given points, draw a circle which passes by 3 given points, draw an arc defined by its centre and by one of its extremities, draw an arc the extremities of which are 2 given points, draw a tangent circle in 1, 2 or 3 sides. Now, with JLG•Arcs & Rectangles, you can draw circles, arcs but also rectangles, segments… USING A SCALE. In fact, the tool is now a CAD tool directly in Illustrator.
